Elisa has been teaching seminars on conflict resolution, communication skills, customer service, leadership and team building in the U.S. and abroad for more than a decade. Her clients run the gamut from United Nations staff in Africa, the Middle East and Europe, to fortune 500 executives in the United States.

Elisa started her work in the Peace Corps, and went on to receive a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in New York. She is the co-author of “With an End in Sight” a book on violence prevention around the world published by the United Nations. Elisa has also published articles, training manuals and studies on women’s rights and conflict resolution.

Elisa has put her conflict resolution skills to work in war-torn countries. She has traveled to Kosovo and Serbia to conduct training for the United Nations, and has spent time in Iraq, teaching Shiite and Sunni community leaders conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
